Consumer guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the ACL, goods supplied to consumers must be of acceptable quality, match descriptions and be fit for purpose. These guarantees are statutory and cannot be excluded where the ACL applies.

For bespoke furniture, customers retain ACL rights. For example, if a major failure occurs you are entitled to a refund or replacement and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For minor failures we will repair or replace the item where reasonable.

Warranties & returns

Choicestation offers manufacturer-backed warranties where stated. Custom and made-to-measure furniture is made to order; returns are accepted only when the item is faulty, does not match the agreed specification, or where required by the ACL.

• Report faults within 14 days of delivery for fastest resolution.
• We may request photos and inspection before authorising returns.
• If a repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be assessed in line with ACL.

Pricing, orders & shipping

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Quotes for custom work are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are specified in your order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are provided at time of quotation; timber supply and seasonal demand can affect lead times. For large items we offer scheduled delivery and installation across major metro areas in Australia; regional delivery may incur additional fees.

All designs, drawings, photographs and content on this site are © Choicestation unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or commercial use of our design work requires written permission.
